The following shipping options are available.

Contiguous United States:

  • 2. UPS Ground - $9.95
  • 3. UPS 3 Day Select - $20
  • 4. UPS 2 Day Air - $30
  • 5. UPS Next Day Air - $40

Alaska & Hawaii:

  • 1. Standard Shipping - $22.95
  • 2. UPS Ground - $29.95
  • 3. UPS 2 Day Air - $49.95
  • 4. UPS Next Day Air - $99.95

Most orders will ship the next business day, including Next Day Air orders. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. Note UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, but Standard Shipping is able to ship to both PO and APO boxes.

When calculating shipping time, the day the order ships out from our facility does not count as a transit day.

Orders shipping to the following states are subject to applicable sales tax: CA, CO, FL, MA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, RI, TN, and TX.

When a shipment is returned to us as an undeliverable address, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges). If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Returns

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens, we offer a simple and free returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from Negozio by Capezio. If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full merchandise refund. The same applies, of course, to any Capezio product with a defect in craftsmanship or material. Only Standard Shipping charges will be refunded if the order is returned in its entirety. Expedited shipping options are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to original form of payment.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

  • In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.
  • Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

To place a return:

  • CLICK HERE to create your return
  • Input your correct information and click "Submit"
  • Click "Return" then specify the item(s) you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return. Once completed all items, click submit.
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails:
    • 1) A returns merchandising authorization (RMA)
    • 2) A pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package with the products, attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal has been credited. This may take up to 30 days.

We regret that online purchases from this website cannot be returned to retail stores that carry our products.
